The CANSO Africa Conference 2024 has officially kicked off in Sal, Cape Verde, bringing together aviation leaders from across the continent to shape the future of air traffic management (ATM). Hosted by ASA, the conference runs from 1 to 4 October, with a strong focus on practical implementation under this year’s theme: “Focus on Implementation.”

The event is providing a platform for regional leadership to share their strategic visions, emphasising collaborative efforts to enhance ATM across Africa.
